Tájékoztató a bodyfact.eu weboldalon alkalmazott cookie-król és hasonló technológiákról

1. Bevezetés

A jelen Cookie Tájékoztató (a továbbiakban: „Tájékoztató”) célja, hogy átlátható és közérthető tájékoztatást nyújtson arról, hogy a BODYFACT Kft. (a továbbiakban: „BODYFACT”, „mi” vagy „Adatkezelő”) által üzemeltetett bodyfact.eu weboldal (a továbbiakban: „Weboldal”) milyen cookie-kat és hasonló, a felhasználó eszközén információt tároló vagy ahhoz hozzáférő technológiákat (együtt: „Cookie-k”) alkalmaz, milyen célból, milyen jogalapon, és milyen jogok illetik meg ezzel kapcsolatban a Weboldal látogatóit.

A Cookie egy kisméretű szöveges vagy adatfájl, amelyet a meglátogatott weboldal helyez el a felhasználó számítógépén, mobiltelefonján vagy egyéb eszközén (terminálberendezésén), és amely a következő látogatás során felismerhetővé teszi az eszközt, illetve információt tárol a felhasználó böngészési szokásairól. A Cookie-khoz hasonló funkciót töltenek be az egyéb, az eszközön adatot tároló vagy onnan adatot kiolvasó technológiák is (pl. helyi tárolás / local storage, pixel-alapú követő technológiák, szkriptek által elhelyezett azonosítók), amelyekre a jelen Tájékoztató szintén kiterjed.

A BODYFACT a Weboldal működtetéséhez, biztonságához és a felhasználó által kifejezetten igényelt funkciók biztosításához szükséges Cookie-kat és hasonló technológiákat hozzájárulás nélkül is alkalmazhatja, amennyiben azok használata az alkalmazandó elektronikus hírközlési szabályok alapján feltétlenül szükséges. Az ilyen feltétlenül nem szükséges technológiákat – így különösen a statisztikai, elemzési és marketing célú technológiákat – a BODYFACT csak a felhasználó előzetes hozzájárulása alapján alkalmazza.

A jelen Tájékoztató szorosan kapcsolódik a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatójához és azzal együtt értelmezendő. Amennyiben a jelen Tájékoztató és az Adatkezelési Tájékoztató között eltérés mutatkozna, a személyes adatok kezelésére vonatkozó kérdésekben az Adatkezelési Tájékoztató az irányadó.

2. Ki az adatkezelő?

A Weboldalon alkalmazott, elsődlegesen a BODYFACT által meghatározott célú Cookie-k tekintetében az adatkezelő:

Egyes Cookie-k esetében – amennyiben az adott szolgáltató a Cookie-n keresztül gyűjtött adatok tekintetében önálló adatkezelőnek minősül – a vonatkozó szolgáltató szintén adatkezelőként jár el. Ezekről a 8. és 9. pont ad részletes tájékoztatást.

3. Milyen cookie-kat használunk?

A bodyfact.eu weboldalon elvégzett technikai vizsgálat (Cookiebot cookie scan, legutóbbi vizsgálat dátuma: 2026.08.19.) összesen 16 egyedi Cookie-t azonosított, amelyek az alábbi kategóriákba sorolhatók:

• Elengedhetetlen (szükséges) cookie-k – 5 db
• Preferencia (funkcionalitási) cookie-k – 1 db
• Statisztikai (analitikai) cookie-k – 5 db
• Marketing (hirdetési) cookie-k – 5 db

A kategóriák részletes tartalmát a 4–7. pont, a teljes cookie-listát a 14. pont, a cookie-tól eltérő (helyi tárolás alapú) technológiákat a 14/A. pont tartalmazza.

A 2026.08.19-i vizsgálat további, nem vizsgált aldomaint is azonosított (account.bodyfact.eu – a Shopify ügyfélfiók-portál aldomainje), amelyen szintén helyezhetők el Cookie-k.

4. Feltétlenül szükséges cookie-k

Az elengedhetetlen cookie-k a Weboldal alapvető működéséhez, biztonságához és a felhasználó által kifejezetten kért szolgáltatás (pl. a kosár és a pénztár funkció) nyújtásához szükségesek. Ezek nélkül a Weboldal egyes funkciói (pl. vásárlás lebonyolítása, cookie-hozzájárulási állapot megjegyzése) nem működnének megfelelően.

Az elengedhetetlen Cookie-k elhelyezéséhez az alkalmazandó ePrivacy szabályozás alapján nincs szükség előzetes hozzájárulásra, amennyiben azok a Weboldal működéséhez, biztonságához vagy a felhasználó által kifejezetten kért szolgáltatás – így különösen a kosár és a pénztár funkció – biztosításához feltétlenül szükségesek. Amennyiben az ilyen technológiák használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti.

Ebbe a kategóriába tartozik többek között a Weboldal tartalomkiszolgálásáért felelős CDN-szolgáltatás (Cloudflare) sütije, a felhasználó cookie-hozzájárulási döntését tároló süti, valamint a Weboldal többnyelvű (HU–EN–DE és további nyelvi) megjelenítését biztosító Weglot-szolgáltatás három sütije. A részletes listát a 14. pont tartalmazza.

A pénztár (checkout) folyamathoz kapcsolódó, korábban azonosított Shopify-süti (_shopify_essential) a 2026.08.19-i automatizált vizsgálatban nem jelent meg. Ennek jellemző oka, hogy az automatizált Cookiebot-vizsgálat rendszerint nem hajt végre valódi próbavásárlást, ezért a kizárólag a pénztárfolyamat során aktiválódó sütiket nem minden esetben észleli. A checkout-hoz ténylegesen szükséges technikai Cookie-k és hasonló technológiák hozzájárulás nélkül alkalmazhatók, amennyiben azok kizárólag a felhasználó által kifejezetten kért vásárlási folyamat lebonyolításához feltétlenül szükségesek. Amennyiben az ilyen technológiák használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti.

5. Preferencia / funkcionalitási cookie-k

A preferencia (funkcionalitási) cookie-k lehetővé teszik, hogy a Weboldal megjegyezze a felhasználó egyes választásait (pl. korábbi böngészési szokásokhoz kapcsolódó beállítások), ezzel kényelmesebbé téve a Weboldal használatát. A Cookiebot vizsgálat ebbe a kategóriába egy, hírlevél-feliratkozási állapot kezelésére szolgáló cookie-t azonosított.

A preferencia- és funkcionalitási célú Cookie-k elhelyezéséhez a felhasználó előzetes, önkéntes hozzájárulása szükséges. Amennyiben az ilyen technológiák használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti. A hozzájárulás a Weboldalon megjelenő cookie-beállító felületen (Cookiebot consent banner) adható meg, és bármikor visszavonható (lásd 12. pont).

6. Analytics / statisztikai cookie-k

A statisztikai cookie-k célja, hogy a BODYFACT megismerje, hogyan használják a látogatók a Weboldalt (pl. látogatottság, oldalmegtekintések, eltöltött idő), és ez alapján javítsa a Weboldal tartalmát és működését. A 2026.08.19-i Cookiebot vizsgálat ebbe a kategóriába 5 cookie-t sorolt, amelyekeket az alábbi szolgáltatók helyeznek el:

• Klaviyo (feliratkozói/viselkedési azonosító)
• Yotpo / Snowplow Analytics (termékértékelési és látogatottsági statisztikák, ideértve a Yotpo widgethez kapcsolódó technikai/munkamenet-sütit is)

A statisztikai cookie-k jellemzően nem alkalmasak a felhasználó közvetlen, névre szóló azonosítására, azonban egyes esetekben (pl. bejelentkezett vagy azonosított – például korábban feliratkozott – felhasználók esetén) a gyűjtött adat összekapcsolható lehet más, a BODYFACT vagy a szolgáltató által kezelt személyes adatokkal; erre tekintettel a BODYFACT ezeket a cookie-kat is a GDPR hatálya alá tartozó adatkezelésként kezeli.

A statisztikai és elemzési célú Cookie-k csak a felhasználó előzetes hozzájárulását követően aktiválódhatnak. Amennyiben az ilyen technológiák használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti.

7. Marketing / hirdetési cookie-k

A marketing cookie-k célja, hogy a látogatókat a weboldalak között nyomon kövessék annak érdekében, hogy releváns, a felhasználó érdeklődéséhez igazodó hirdetéseket lehessen megjeleníteni, illetve mérhető legyen a marketingtevékenység (pl. hirdetések) hatékonysága. A 2026.08.19-i Cookiebot vizsgálat ebbe a kategóriába 5 cookie-t sorolt, valamennyi a Klaviyo hírlevél- és marketingautomatizálási szolgáltatótól (megtekintett termékek azonosítása, célzott ajánlatok, hirdetési hatékonyság mérése).

A marketing- és hirdetési célú Cookie-k csak a felhasználó előzetes, kifejezett hozzájárulását követően aktiválódhatnak. Amennyiben az ilyen technológiák használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti.

A BODYFACT jelenleg nem alkalmaz a Cookiebot vizsgálat alapján azonosítható Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads/Analytics vagy TikTok Pixel eredetű cookie-t. Amennyiben a jövőben ilyen technológiákat vezet be, a jelen Tájékoztatót ennek megfelelően frissíteni fogja.

A BODYFACT a Refersion affiliate- és partnerkövető szolgáltatást is használja a Weboldalon. A Refersion szolgáltató saját, nyilvánosan elérhető dokumentációja szerint a konverziókövetés jelenleg nem klasszikus cookie-alapú megoldással, hanem first-party (első féltől származó) helyi tárolással (local storage) és munkamenet-azonosítóval (session identifier / cart ID) valósul meg; ezzel összhangban a Cookiebot vizsgálatok nem azonosítottak önálló Refersion cookie-t. Az affiliate-jutalék elszámolásának időbeli korlátját a Refersion ún. Attribution Window (korábban: Cookie Day Window) paramétere határozza meg, amely nem technikai cookie-élettartam, hanem üzleti/elszámolási időablak. A Refersion által alkalmazott local storage és egyéb, a felhasználó eszközén információt tároló vagy ahhoz hozzáférő technológiák használatára az alkalmazandó elektronikus hírközlési és adatvédelmi szabályok irányadóak. Az ilyen technológiák használatának hozzájárulási követelménye a konkrét technológia, annak célja és az alkalmazandó jogszabályi kivételek alapján határozandó meg. Amennyiben a technológia használata személyes adatok kezelésével is jár, az adatkezelésre vonatkozó GDPR szerinti jogalapot a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatója ismerteti. A technológia részletes bemutatását a 14/A. pont tartalmazza.

8. Harmadik fél cookie-k

A Weboldalon az alábbi harmadik fél szolgáltatók alkalmazhatnak – a BODYFACT által igénybe vett szolgáltatások részeként – Cookie-kat és/vagy a felhasználó eszközén információt tároló vagy ahhoz hozzáférő egyéb technológiákat:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – tartalomkiszolgálás, terheléselosztás, biztonsági (CDN) szolgáltatás
• Klaviyo, Inc. – hírlevél- és marketingautomatizálási szolgáltatás, onsite követés
• Yotpo Ltd. – termékértékelési (UGC) és statisztikai szolgáltatás, Snowplow Analytics technológia felhasználásával
• Weglot SAS – a Weboldal többnyelvű (HU–EN–DE és további nyelvi) megjelenítését biztosító fordítási szolgáltatás
• Cybot A/S (Cookiebot) – a cookie-hozzájárulás kezelését (consent management) biztosító szolgáltatás
• Refersion, Inc. – affiliate- és partnerkövető (referral tracking) szolgáltatás; a szolgáltató jelenlegi dokumentációja szerint first-party helyi tárolást (local storage) alkalmaz, nem klasszikus cookie-t (lásd 7. és 14/A. pont)

A Weboldal e-kereskedelmi motorja (pénztár, kosár, megrendelés-lebonyolítás) a Shopify International Limited / Shopify Inc. platformját használja. A pénztárfolyamathoz kapcsolódó technikai süti a 2026.08.19-i automatizált vizsgálatban nem jelent meg (lásd 4. pont); ettől függetlenül a Shopify mint a vásárlási folyamatot kiszolgáló szolgáltató a Weboldal működésének szerves része, ezért a jelen listában feltüntetésre kerül.

A fenti szolgáltatók a velük fennálló szerződéses jogviszony jellegétől függően adatfeldolgozóként vagy önálló adatkezelőként járhatnak el. Ennek pontos meghatározása a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatójában, illetve a szolgáltatókkal kötött szerződésekben (adatfeldolgozási megállapodás / DPA) szerepel.

9. Cookie-k és személyes adatok

Egyes Cookie-k önmagukban nem alkalmasak természetes személy közvetlen azonosítására (pl. munkamenet-azonosítók, technikai beállítások). Más Cookie-k azonban – különösen a statisztikai és marketing célú cookie-k – a GDPR 4. cikk 1. pontja szerinti személyes adatnak minősülő információkat kezelhetnek, mivel a bennük tárolt egyedi azonosító alkalmas lehet a felhasználó eszközének, illetve közvetve a felhasználónak az azonosítására vagy megkülönböztetésére (pl. böngészési szokások, megtekintett termékek, hirdetési profil).

Amennyiben egy Cookie személyes adat kezelésével jár, arra a GDPR és a BODYFACT Adatkezelési Tájékoztatójában foglalt garanciák (így különösen az érintetti jogok, az adatbiztonsági intézkedések és az adatkezelés időtartamára vonatkozó szabályok) alkalmazandók. A jelen Tájékoztató a Cookie-król, az Adatkezelési Tájékoztató pedig az azok révén megvalósuló személyesadat-kezelésről nyújt részletes tájékoztatást.

10. Harmadik országba történő adattovábbítás

A Cookiebot vizsgálat az egyes cookie-k által kezelt adatok célországát is rögzítette. Ez alapján a Weboldalon alkalmazott cookie-khoz kapcsolódó adatok az alábbi országokba kerülhetnek továbbításra:

• Írország (EU/EEA tagállam – nem minősül harmadik országba történő továbbításnak): Cookiebot, Yotpo/Snowplow
• Egyesült Királyság (az Európai Bizottság megfelelőségi határozata – „adequacy decision” – alapján megfelelő védelmi szintet biztosító harmadik ország): Klaviyo
• Kanada (az Európai Bizottság megfelelőségi határozata alapján a kereskedelmi szervezetekre vonatkozóan megfelelő védelmi szintet biztosító harmadik ország): Shopify – a Weboldal e-kereskedelmi (pénztár-) motorja, a 8. pontban leírtak szerint.

Az egyes szolgáltatók által alkalmazott infrastruktúrától, adatkezelési beállításaitól és az adott szolgáltatás technikai működésétől függően az adatok az Európai Unión és az Európai Gazdasági Térségen kívüli országokban is kezelhetők lehetnek. Ilyen esetben a BODYFACT az alkalmazandó adatvédelmi szabályoknak megfelelő garanciákat alkalmaz, ideértve különösen az Európai Bizottság megfelelőségi határozatát, illetve annak hiányában az alkalmazandó megfelelő adattovábbítási garanciákat.

11. Cookie-k kezelése

A Weboldal látogatói a Cookie-k használatát az alábbi módokon befolyásolhatják:

• Cookiebot beállítási felület: a Weboldalon elérhető cookie-beállító eszköz (consent management platform) segítségével a felhasználó kategóriánként (preferencia, statisztikai, marketing) engedélyezheti vagy elutasíthatja a nem elengedhetetlen cookie-k használatát, és bármikor módosíthatja korábbi választását.
• Böngészőbeállítások: a felhasználó a böngészőjében letilthatja vagy korlátozhatja a cookie-k elhelyezését, valamint törölheti a már elhelyezett cookie-kat. A böngészőbeállítások pontos módja böngészőnként eltérő, ezekről az adott böngésző súgójában található információ.
• Elutasítás: a nem elengedhetetlen cookie-k elutasítása esetén a Weboldal alapfunkciói (pl. termékböngészés, vásárlás) továbbra is elérhetők; kizárólag a statisztikai és marketing célú funkciók (pl. személyre szabott ajánlatok) korlátozódhatnak.

A cookie-beállítások módosítása vagy a cookie-k böngészőn keresztüli törlése nem érinti a módosítást vagy törlést megelőzően, jogszerűen már megvalósult adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

12. A hozzájárulás visszavonása

A felhasználó a nem elengedhetetlen (preferencia, statisztikai és marketing) cookie-k használatához adott hozzájárulását bármikor, korlátozás és indokolás nélkül, a hozzájárulás megadásával megegyező egyszerűséggel visszavonhatja.

A hozzájárulás a Weboldalon elérhető Cookiebot beállítási felület újbóli megnyitásával és a korábbi választás módosításával bármikor visszavonható. A böngészőn keresztüli cookie-törlés ettől elkülönülő technikai lehetőség, amely a korábban az eszközön tárolt cookie-k eltávolítására szolgál.

A hozzájárulás visszavonása a visszavonást követő időszakra vonatkozóan szünteti meg az érintett cookie-k elhelyezését és a kapcsolódó adatkezelést; a visszavonás nem érinti a visszavonás előtt, a hozzájárulás alapján jogszerűen végzett adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

13. Cookie-k megőrzési időszaka

Az egyes cookie-k tényleges tárolási időtartamát (élettartamát) a 14. pontban található részletes táblázat tartalmazza, a Cookiebot 2026.08.19-i vizsgálata alapján. A cookie-k élettartama a „munkamenet” (session – a böngésző bezárásáig tart) és a „állandó” (persistent – meghatározott ideig, akár évekig a felhasználó eszközén marad) kategóriába sorolható.

A felhasználó hozzájárulási beállításait tároló CookieConsent cookie tárolási ideje a Cookiebot aktuális technikai konfigurációja szerint 1 év. A hozzájárulás újbóli bekérésére a hozzájárulás érvényességi ideje, a Cookiebot konfigurációja vagy az alkalmazandó jogi követelmények alapján kerülhet sor.

14. Cookie-k részletes listája

Az alábbi táblázat a bodyfact.eu weboldalon 2026.08.19-én elvégzett Cookiebot vizsgálat során azonosított, összesen 16 egyedi cookie-t tartalmazza, kategóriánként csoportosítva. A táblázatban feltüntetett adatok (szolgáltató, típus, élettartam, célország) a vizsgálat időpontjában fennálló technikai állapotot tükrözik.

14/A. Egyéb, nem cookie-alapú tárolási technológiák

A Weboldalon a klasszikus (böngésző-)cookie-kon túl az alábbi, a felhasználó eszközén információt tároló vagy ahhoz hozzáférő technológia is működik.

A felhasználó eszközén információt tároló vagy az ott tárolt információhoz hozzáférő technológiák használatára az alkalmazandó elektronikus hírközlési és adatvédelmi szabályok irányadóak. Az egyes technológiák használatának hozzájárulási követelménye a konkrét technológia, annak célja és az alkalmazandó jogszabályi kivételek alapján határozandó meg. The purpose of this Cookie Policy (hereinafter: the “Policy”) is to provide transparent and comprehensible information about the cookies and similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, the user’s device (collectively: “Cookies”) used by the website bodyfact.eu (hereinafter: the “Website”), operated by BODYFACT Kft. (hereinafter: “BODYFACT”, “we” or the “Controller”), including the purposes for which they are used, the legal bases for their use, and the rights of visitors to the Website in this regard.

A Cookie is a small text or data file that the website visited by the user places on the user’s computer, mobile phone or other device (terminal equipment). It enables the device to be recognised during a subsequent visit and/or stores information about the user’s browsing habits. Other technologies that perform functions similar to Cookies, including technologies that store data on or retrieve data from the user’s device (e.g. local storage, pixel-based tracking technologies and identifiers placed by scripts), are also covered by this Policy.

BODYFACT may use Cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation and security of the Website and for providing functionalities explicitly requested by the user without obtaining the user’s consent, provided that their use is strictly necessary under the applicable electronic communications rules. For certain Cookies, where the relevant service provider qualifies as an independent data controller in respect of the data collected through the Cookie, the relevant service provider also acts as a data controller. Detailed information on these providers is set out in Sections 8 and 9.

3. What Cookies do we use?

A technical scan of the bodyfact.eu website (Cookiebot cookie scan; date of the most recent scan: 19 August 2026) identified a total of 16 unique Cookies, which can be classified into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary Cookies – 5
• Preference (functionality) Cookies – 1
• Statistics (analytics) Cookies – 5
• Marketing (advertising) Cookies – 5

The detailed contents of these categories are set out in Sections 4–7, the complete Cookie list is provided in Section 14, and technologies other than Cookies (based on local storage) are described in Section 14/A.

The scan conducted on 19 August 2026 also identified an additional subdomain that was not included in the scan (account.bodyfact.eu – the subdomain hosting the Shopify customer account portal), on which Cookies may also be placed.

4. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary Cookies are required for the basic operation and security of the Website and for providing services explicitly requested by the user (e.g. the cart and checkout functions). Without these Cookies, certain functions of the Website (e.g. completing a purchase or remembering the user’s cookie consent status) would not function properly.

Under the applicable ePrivacy rules, prior consent is not required for the placement of strictly necessary Cookies where they are strictly necessary for the operation or security of the Website or for providing a service explicitly requested by the user, in particular the cart and checkout functions. Where the use of such technologies also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy.

This category includes, among others, the Cookie used by the CDN service responsible for delivering the Website’s content (Cloudflare), the Cookie that stores the user’s cookie consent decision, and three Cookies used by the Weglot service to provide the Website’s multilingual functionality (HU–EN–DE and additional languages). The detailed list is provided in Section 14.

The Shopify Cookie previously identified in connection with the checkout process (_shopify_essential) did not appear in the automated scan conducted on 19 August 2026. A typical reason for this is that an automated Cookiebot scan generally does not perform an actual test purchase and therefore may not detect Cookies that are activated exclusively during the checkout process.

Technical Cookies and similar technologies that are genuinely necessary for the checkout process may be used without consent where they are strictly necessary solely for carrying out the purchase process explicitly requested by the user. Where the use of such technologies also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy.

5. Preference / Functionality Cookies

Preference (functionality) Cookies enable the Website to remember certain choices made by the user (e.g. settings related to previous browsing behaviour), thereby making the use of the Website more convenient. The Cookiebot scan identified one Cookie in this category, used to manage newsletter subscription status.

The placement of Preference and Functionality Cookies requires the user’s prior, voluntary consent. Where the use of such technologies also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy. Consent may be given through the Cookie settings interface displayed on the Website (Cookiebot consent banner) and may be withdrawn at any time (see Section 12).

6. Analytics / Statistics Cookies

Statistics Cookies are used to enable BODYFACT to understand how visitors use the Website (e.g. visitor numbers, page views and time spent on the Website) and, based on this information, to improve the Website’s content and functionality. The Cookiebot scan conducted on 19 August 2026 classified 5 Cookies in this category, which are placed by the following service providers:

• Klaviyo (subscriber/behavioural identifier)
• Yotpo / Snowplow Analytics (product review and visitor statistics, including the technical/session Cookie associated with the Yotpo widget)

Statistics Cookies are generally not designed to directly identify a user by name. However, in certain cases (e.g. where a user is logged in or otherwise identified, such as a user who has previously subscribed), the data collected may be linked to other personal data processed by BODYFACT or the relevant service provider. Accordingly, BODYFACT treats the use of these Cookies as processing of personal data subject to the GDPR.

Statistics and analytics Cookies may only be activated after the user has provided prior consent. Where the use of such technologies also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy.

7. Marketing / Advertising Cookies

Marketing Cookies are used to track visitors across websites in order to display relevant advertisements tailored to their interests and to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities (e.g. advertising). The Cookiebot scan conducted on 19 August 2026 classified 5 Cookies in this category, all of which are provided by Klaviyo, a newsletter and marketing automation service (identification of products viewed, targeted offers and measurement of advertising effectiveness).

Marketing and advertising Cookies may only be activated after the user has provided prior, explicit consent. Where the use of such technologies also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy.

Based on the Cookiebot scan, BODYFACT currently does not use any identifiable Cookies originating from Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads/Analytics or TikTok Pixel. If such technologies are introduced in the future, BODYFACT will update this Policy accordingly.

BODYFACT also uses the Refersion affiliate and partner tracking service on the Website. According to Refersion’s publicly available documentation, conversion tracking is currently not implemented through a traditional Cookie-based solution, but through first-party local storage and a session identifier / cart ID. Consistent with this, the Cookiebot scans have not identified a separate Refersion Cookie.

The time limit applicable to the calculation of affiliate commissions is determined by Refersion’s so-called Attribution Window (formerly: Cookie Day Window). This is not a technical Cookie lifetime, but rather a business and attribution period used for commission calculation.

The use of local storage and other technologies employed by Refersion that store information on, or access information from, the user’s device is subject to the applicable electronic communications and data protection rules. Whether consent is required for the use of such technologies must be determined based on the specific technology, its purpose and any applicable statutory exemptions. Where the use of such technology also involves the processing of personal data, the relevant legal basis under the GDPR is set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy. A detailed description of the technology is provided in Section 14/A.

8. Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party service providers may use Cookies and/or other technologies that store information on, or access information from, the user’s device as part of the services used by BODYFACT:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery, load balancing and security (CDN) services
• Klaviyo, Inc. – newsletter and marketing automation services, onsite tracking
• Yotpo Ltd. – product review (UGC) and analytics services using Snowplow Analytics technology
• Weglot SAS – translation service providing the Website’s multilingual functionality (HU–EN–DE and additional languages)
• Cybot A/S (Cookiebot) – cookie consent management service
• Refersion, Inc. – affiliate and partner tracking (referral tracking) service; according to the provider’s current documentation, it uses first-party local storage rather than a traditional Cookie (see Sections 7 and 14/A)

The Website’s e-commerce platform (checkout, cart and order processing) is provided through the Shopify platform operated by Shopify International Limited / Shopify Inc. The technical Cookie associated with the checkout process did not appear in the automated scan conducted on 19 August 2026 (see Section 4). Nevertheless, Shopify, as the service provider supporting the purchasing process, forms an integral part of the operation of the Website and is therefore included in this list.

Depending on the nature of their contractual relationship with BODYFACT, the above service providers may act either as data processors or as independent data controllers. Their precise role is specified in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy and in the agreements concluded with the relevant service providers (including data processing agreements / DPAs).

9. Cookies and Personal Data

Certain Cookies are not, in themselves, capable of directly identifying a natural person (e.g. session identifiers and technical settings). Other Cookies, particularly those used for statistical and marketing purposes, may however process information that constitutes personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR, as the unique identifier stored in the Cookie may be capable of identifying or distinguishing the user’s device and, indirectly, the user (e.g. browsing behaviour, products viewed or advertising profiles).

Where a Cookie involves the processing of personal data, the GDPR and the safeguards set out in the BODYFACT Privacy Policy apply, including in particular data subject rights, data security measures and rules concerning the retention period of personal data.

This Policy provides detailed information about the Cookies themselves, while the BODYFACT Privacy Policy provides detailed information about the processing of personal data carried out through those Cookies.

10. Transfers of Data to Third Countries

The Cookiebot scan also recorded the destination country to which data processed through certain Cookies may be transferred. Based on this information, data associated with Cookies used on the Website may be transferred to the following countries:

• Ireland (EU/EEA Member State – this does not constitute a transfer to a third country): Cookiebot, Yotpo/Snowplow
• United Kingdom (a third country providing an adequate level of protection on the basis of an European Commission adequacy decision): Klaviyo
• Canada (a third country providing an adequate level of protection for commercial organisations on the basis of an European Commission adequacy decision): Shopify – the e-commerce (checkout) platform of the Website, as described in Section 8.

Depending on the infrastructure used by individual service providers, their data processing configurations and the technical operation of the relevant service, data may also be processed in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, BODYFACT applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, in particular, an European Commission adequacy decision or, where no such decision applies, the appropriate safeguards applicable to the relevant international data transfer.

11. Managing Cookies

Visitors to the Website can control the use of Cookies in the following ways:

• Cookiebot settings interface: Through the cookie settings tool (consent management platform) available on the Website, users can allow or reject the use of non-essential Cookies by category (preference, statistics and marketing) and may change their previous choices at any time.
• Browser settings: Users can block or restrict the placement of Cookies in their browser and can also delete Cookies that have already been placed. The exact procedure for changing browser settings varies between browsers; information is available in the help section of the relevant browser.
• Rejection: If non-essential Cookies are rejected, the core functions of the Website (e.g. browsing products and making purchases) remain available; only certain statistical and marketing functions (e.g. personalised offers) may be limited.

Changing cookie settings or deleting Cookies through the browser does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was already carried out lawfully before the settings were changed or the Cookies were deleted.

12. Withdrawal of Consent

The user may withdraw their consent to the use of non-essential Cookies (preference, statistics and marketing) at any time, without restriction or having to provide a reason, and with the same ease as giving consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by reopening the Cookiebot settings interface available on the Website and changing the previous selection. Deleting Cookies through the browser is a separate technical option that serves to remove Cookies previously stored on the user’s device.

Withdrawal of consent will prevent the placement of the relevant Cookies and the associated processing of personal data for the period following the withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

13. Cookie Retention Periods

The actual storage period (lifetime) of each Cookie is set out in the detailed table in Section 14, based on the Cookiebot scan conducted on 19 August 2026. Cookie lifetimes may be classified as either “session” (lasting until the browser is closed) or “persistent” (remaining on the user’s device for a specified period, potentially for several years).

According to Cookiebot’s current technical configuration, the CookieConsent Cookie, which stores the user’s consent preferences, has a storage period of 1 year. Consent may be requested again depending on the validity period of the consent, Cookiebot’s configuration or applicable legal requirements.

Die am 19.08.2026 durchgeführte Untersuchung hat außerdem eine weitere, nicht untersuchte Subdomain identifiziert (account.bodyfact.eu – die Subdomain des Shopify-Kundenkontos), auf der ebenfalls Cookies gesetzt werden können.

4. Unbedingt erforderliche Cookies

Unbedingt erforderliche Cookies sind für den grundlegenden Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Website sowie für die Bereitstellung vom Nutzer ausdrücklich angeforderter Dienste (z. B. Warenkorb- und Checkout-Funktionen) erforderlich. Ohne diese Cookies würden bestimmte Funktionen der Website (z. B. die Durchführung eines Kaufs oder die Speicherung des Cookie-Einwilligungsstatus des Nutzers) nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionieren.

Nach den anwendbaren ePrivacy-Vorschriften ist für das Setzen unbedingt erforderlicher Cookies keine vorherige Einwilligung erforderlich, sofern diese für den Betrieb oder die Sicherheit der Website oder für die Bereitstellung eines vom Nutzer ausdrücklich angeforderten Dienstes – insbesondere der Warenkorb- und Checkout-Funktion – unbedingt erforderlich sind. Zu dieser Kategorie gehören unter anderem das Cookie des für die Auslieferung der Inhalte der Website zuständigen CDN-Dienstes (Cloudflare), das Cookie zur Speicherung der Cookie-Einwilligungsentscheidung des Nutzers sowie drei Cookies des Dienstes Weglot, die die mehrsprachige Darstellung der Website (HU–EN–DE sowie weitere Sprachen) ermöglichen. Die vollständige Liste ist in Abschnitt 14 enthalten.

Das zuvor im Zusammenhang mit dem Checkout-Prozess identifizierte Shopify-Cookie (_shopify_essential) wurde bei der automatisierten Untersuchung vom 19.08.2026 nicht festgestellt. Ein typischer Grund hierfür ist, dass ein automatisierter Cookiebot-Scan in der Regel keinen tatsächlichen Testkauf durchführt und daher Cookies, die ausschließlich während des Checkout-Prozesses aktiviert werden, nicht in jedem Fall erkennt.

Technische Cookies und ähnliche Technologien, die für den Checkout-Prozess tatsächlich erforderlich sind, können ohne Einwilligung eingesetzt werden, sofern sie ausschließlich für die Durchführung des vom Nutzer ausdrücklich angeforderten Kaufvorgangs unbedingt erforderlich sind. Soweit die Verwendung solcher Technologien zugleich die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beinhaltet, wird die hierfür maßgebliche Rechtsgrundlage nach der DSGVO in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT erläutert.

5. Präferenz- / Funktionalitäts-Cookies

Präferenz- (Funktionalitäts-) Cookies ermöglichen es der Website, bestimmte vom Nutzer getroffene Einstellungen zu speichern (z. B. Einstellungen im Zusammenhang mit dem bisherigen Surfverhalten) und dadurch die Nutzung der Website komfortabler zu gestalten. Der Cookiebot-Scan hat in dieser Kategorie ein Cookie identifiziert, das zur Verwaltung des Newsletter-Abonnementstatus dient.

Statistik-Cookies dienen dazu, BODYFACT zu ermöglichen, zu verstehen, wie Besucher die Website nutzen (z. B. Anzahl der Besucher, Seitenaufrufe und Verweildauer), und die Inhalte und Funktionen der Website auf dieser Grundlage zu verbessern. Bei der am 19.08.2026 durchgeführten Cookiebot-Untersuchung wurden 5 Cookies dieser Kategorie zugeordnet, die von den folgenden Dienstanbietern gesetzt werden:

• Klaviyo (Identifikator für Abonnenten/Nutzungsverhalten)
• Yotpo / Snowplow Analytics (Statistiken zu Produktbewertungen und Website-Besuchen, einschließlich des mit dem Yotpo-Widget verbundenen technischen Sitzungs-Cookies)

Statistik-Cookies dienen grundsätzlich nicht dazu, den Nutzer unmittelbar anhand seines Namens zu identifizieren. In bestimmten Fällen – beispielsweise wenn ein Nutzer angemeldet oder anderweitig identifiziert ist, etwa weil er sich zuvor für einen Newsletter angemeldet hat – können die erhobenen Daten jedoch mit anderen personenbezogenen Daten verknüpft werden, die von BODYFACT oder dem jeweiligen Dienstanbieter verarbeitet werden. BODYFACT behandelt die Verwendung dieser Cookies daher als Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Anwendungsbereich der DSGVO.

Statistik- und Analyse-Cookies dürfen erst aktiviert werden, nachdem der Nutzer seine vorherige Einwilligung erteilt hat. Soweit die Verwendung solcher Technologien zugleich die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beinhaltet, wird die hierfür maßgebliche Rechtsgrundlage nach der DSGVO in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT erläutert.

7. Marketing- / Werbe-Cookies

Marketing-Cookies dienen dazu, Besucher über verschiedene Websites hinweg zu verfolgen, um relevante und auf die Interessen des Nutzers zugeschnittene Werbung anzuzeigen sowie die Wirksamkeit von Marketingmaßnahmen (z. B. Werbung) zu messen. Bei der am 19.08.2026 durchgeführten Cookiebot-Untersuchung wurden 5 Cookies dieser Kategorie zugeordnet, die sämtlich von Klaviyo, einem Dienst für Newsletter und Marketingautomatisierung, bereitgestellt werden (Identifizierung angesehener Produkte, gezielte Angebote und Messung der Werbewirksamkeit).

Marketing- und Werbe-Cookies dürfen erst aktiviert werden, nachdem der Nutzer seine vorherige ausdrückliche Einwilligung erteilt hat. Soweit die Verwendung solcher Technologien zugleich die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beinhaltet, wird die hierfür maßgebliche Rechtsgrundlage nach der DSGVO in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT erläutert.

Nach dem Ergebnis der Cookiebot-Untersuchung setzt BODYFACT derzeit keine identifizierbaren Cookies von Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads/Analytics oder TikTok Pixel ein. Sollte BODYFACT künftig derartige Technologien einsetzen, wird diese Richtlinie entsprechend aktualisiert.

BODYFACT nutzt auf der Website außerdem den Affiliate- und Partner-Tracking-Dienst Refersion. Nach der derzeit öffentlich zugänglichen Dokumentation von Refersion erfolgt das Conversion-Tracking derzeit nicht über eine klassische Cookie-basierte Lösung, sondern über einen First-Party-Local-Storage sowie eine Sitzungskennung (Session Identifier / Cart ID). Dementsprechend wurden bei den Cookiebot-Untersuchungen keine eigenständigen Refersion-Cookies identifiziert.

Der für die Abrechnung von Affiliate-Provisionen maßgebliche Zeitraum wird durch das sogenannte Attribution Window von Refersion (früher: Cookie Day Window) bestimmt. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um eine technische Cookie-Lebensdauer, sondern um ein geschäftliches bzw. abrechnungsbezogenes Zuordnungszeitfenster.

Die Verwendung des von Refersion eingesetzten Local Storage sowie anderer Technologien, die Informationen auf dem Endgerät des Nutzers speichern oder auf dort gespeicherte Informationen zugreifen, unterliegt den anwendbaren Vorschriften der elektronischen Kommunikation und des Datenschutzes. Ob für die Verwendung solcher Technologien eine Einwilligung erforderlich ist, ist anhand der konkreten Technologie, ihres Zwecks und der jeweils anwendbaren gesetzlichen Ausnahmen zu beurteilen. Soweit die Verwendung einer solchen Technologie zugleich die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beinhaltet, wird die hierfür maßgebliche Rechtsgrundlage nach der DSGVO in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT erläutert. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Technologie enthält Abschnitt 14/A.

8. Cookies von Drittanbietern

Die folgenden Drittanbieter können im Rahmen der von BODYFACT in Anspruch genommenen Dienste Cookies und/oder andere Technologien einsetzen, die Informationen auf dem Endgerät des Nutzers speichern oder auf dort gespeicherte Informationen zugreifen:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – Content Delivery, Lastverteilung und Sicherheitsdienste (CDN)
• Klaviyo, Inc. – Newsletter- und Marketingautomatisierungsdienste, Onsite-Tracking

• Weglot SAS – Übersetzungsdienst für die mehrsprachige Darstellung der Website (HU–EN–DE sowie weitere Sprachen)
• Cybot A/S (Cookiebot) – Cookie-Einwilligungsverwaltungsdienst
• Refersion, Inc. – Affiliate- und Partner-Tracking-Dienst (Referral Tracking); nach der derzeitigen Dokumentation des Anbieters wird First-Party-Local-Storage anstelle eines klassischen Cookies verwendet (siehe Abschnitte 7 und 14/A)

Die E-Commerce-Plattform der Website (Checkout, Warenkorb und Bestellabwicklung) wird über die von Shopify International Limited / Shopify Inc. betriebene Shopify-Plattform bereitgestellt. Das mit dem Checkout-Prozess verbundene technische Cookie wurde bei der automatisierten Untersuchung vom 19.08.2026 nicht festgestellt (siehe Abschnitt 4). Dennoch ist Shopify als den Kaufprozess unterstützender Dienstanbieter integraler Bestandteil des Betriebs der Website und wird daher in dieser Liste aufgeführt.

Je nach der Art des vertraglichen Verhältnisses mit BODYFACT können die genannten Dienstanbieter entweder als Auftragsverarbeiter oder als eigenständige Verantwortliche tätig werden. Ihre genaue Rolle ist in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT sowie in den mit den jeweiligen Dienstanbietern geschlossenen Vereinbarungen (einschließlich Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen / DPAs) festgelegt.

9. Cookies und personenbezogene Daten

Bestimmte Cookies sind für sich genommen nicht geeignet, eine natürliche Person unmittelbar zu identifizieren (z. B. Sitzungskennungen und technische Einstellungen). Andere Cookies, insbesondere solche zu Statistik- und Marketingzwecken, können hingegen Informationen verarbeiten, die personenbezogene Daten im Sinne von Art. 4 Nr. 1 DSGVO darstellen, da die im Cookie gespeicherte eindeutige Kennung geeignet sein kann, das Endgerät des Nutzers und mittelbar den Nutzer zu identifizieren oder zu unterscheiden (z. B. Surfverhalten, angesehene Produkte oder Werbeprofile).

Soweit ein Cookie die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beinhaltet, gelten die DSGVO und die in der Datenschutzerklärung von BODYFACT festgelegten Garantien, insbesondere die Betroffenenrechte, die Maßnahmen zur Datensicherheit und die Regelungen zur Speicherdauer personenbezogener Daten.

10. Übermittlung von Daten in Drittländer

Der Cookiebot-Scan hat auch das Zielland erfasst, in das über bestimmte Cookies verarbeitete Daten übermittelt werden können. Auf dieser Grundlage können mit auf der Website eingesetzten Cookies verbundene Daten in die folgenden Länder übermittelt werden:

• Irland (EU-/EWR-Mitgliedstaat – dies stellt keine Übermittlung in ein Drittland dar): Cookiebot, Yotpo/Snowplow
• Vereinigtes Königreich (Drittland mit angemessenem Schutzniveau aufgrund eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission): Klaviyo
• Kanada (Drittland mit angemessenem Schutzniveau für kommerzielle Organisationen aufgrund eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission): Shopify – die E-Commerce- bzw. Checkout-Plattform der Website, wie in Abschnitt 8 beschrieben.

Abhängig von der von den jeweiligen Dienstanbietern eingesetzten Infrastruktur, deren Einstellungen zur Datenverarbeitung und der technischen Funktionsweise des jeweiligen Dienstes können Daten auch in Ländern außerhalb der Europäischen Union und des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeitet werden. In solchen Fällen wendet BODYFACT geeignete Garantien im Einklang mit den anwendbaren Datenschutzvorschriften an, insbesondere einen Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission oder, sofern kein solcher Beschluss vorliegt, die jeweils anwendbaren geeigneten Garantien für internationale Datenübermittlungen.

11. Verwaltung von Cookies

Besucher der Website können die Verwendung von Cookies auf folgende Weise beeinflussen:

• Cookiebot-Einstellungsoberfläche: Über das auf der Website verfügbare Cookie-Einstellungstool (Consent Management Platform) kann der Nutzer die Verwendung nicht unbedingt erforderlicher Cookies nach Kategorien (Präferenzen, Statistik und Marketing) erlauben oder ablehnen und seine zuvor getroffene Auswahl jederzeit ändern.

12. Widerruf der Einwilligung

Der Nutzer kann seine Einwilligung zur Verwendung nicht unbedingt erforderlicher Cookies (Präferenz-, Statistik- und Marketing-Cookies) jederzeit ohne Einschränkung und ohne Angabe von Gründen mit derselben Einfachheit widerrufen, mit der die Einwilligung erteilt wurde.

Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit widerrufen werden, indem die auf der Website verfügbare Cookiebot-Einstellungsoberfläche erneut geöffnet und die zuvor getroffene Auswahl geändert wird. Das Löschen von Cookies über den Browser stellt hiervon eine getrennte technische Möglichkeit dar, die dazu dient, zuvor auf dem Endgerät gespeicherte Cookies zu entfernen.

Der Widerruf der Einwilligung beendet für den Zeitraum nach dem Widerruf das Setzen der betreffenden Cookies und die damit verbundene Verarbeitung. Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der vor dem Widerruf auf Grundlage der Einwilligung erfolgten Verarbeitung.

13. Speicherdauer der Cookies

Die tatsächliche Speicherdauer (Lebensdauer) der einzelnen Cookies ist in der detaillierten Tabelle in Abschnitt 14 auf Grundlage der am 19.08.2026 durchgeführten Cookiebot-Untersuchung angegeben. Die Lebensdauer von Cookies kann in die Kategorien „Session“ (bis zum Schließen des Browsers) und „Persistent“ (für einen bestimmten Zeitraum, gegebenenfalls mehrere Jahre, auf dem Endgerät des Nutzers verbleibend) eingeteilt werden.

Die Speicherdauer des Cookies CookieConsent, das die Einwilligungseinstellungen des Nutzers speichert, beträgt gemäß der aktuellen technischen Konfiguration von Cookiebot 1 Jahr. Eine erneute Einholung der Einwilligung kann abhängig von der Gültigkeitsdauer der Einwilligung, der Konfiguration von Cookiebot oder den anwendbaren gesetzlichen Anforderungen erforderlich werden.
